Google announced the support for Linux apps to Chromebooks in its Developer Keynote I/O event. People using Chromebooks will soon be able to run Linux apps on their systems.

Who is this a good news for? ChromeOS is not a free OS.

People using Chromebooks with ChromeOS should liberate themselves by installing GNU/Linux instead.

This is as much of a good news as “you’ll be able to run linux apps on windows”. A better news would be a 100% free Linux distro working on Chromebooks.

lol if freepost had a counter for points, these guys would be holding the record low for sure
