Google announced the support for Linux apps to Chromebooks in its Developer Keynote I/O event. People using Chromebooks will soon be able to run Linux apps on their systems.

Who is this a good news for? ChromeOS is not a free OS.

◉

People using Chromebooks with ChromeOS should liberate themselves by installing GNU/Linux instead.

This is as much of a good news as "you'll be able to run linux apps on windows". A better news would be a 100% free Linux distro working on Chromebooks.

lol if freepost had a counter for points, these guys would be holding the record low for sure

Just counted (only posts, not comments);

Overall (sum) lowest score: /user/xxxxx with -4 points.

Record (min) lowest score: /user/Peter Panski with -12 points for this post. (princelobga is right behind, though)

Overall (sum) highest score: /user/redrose with 2073 points.

Record (max) highest score: /user/TMM with 19 points for this post.

Interesting. How did you count those?

◉

Scraped all posts with votes and username (from https://freepo.st/new?page=0 to https://freepo.st/new?page=194) into a sqlite database and ran some sql queries with group by on username.
