gitgud.io: “GitGud is a free Git hosting site powered by GitLab. We don’t care what you host via GitGud as long as the content is not illegal.”

It’s not free for “free as in freedom projects”, it’s just a temporary instance that somebody is offering “free as in gratis” (until they will eventually lose interest)

It depends on what you are meaning by “free as in freedom”.
If you talk about software gitgud.io is absolutly free. About the mindset of its owner I don’t know anything.

BTW I know that sites like gitgud tend to vanish sometimes. Thats why I have a mirror repo on notabug.org ;-)
