Thank you for the analysis. And it really bums me out.

I had an idea a while back about setting up a game repo in general, but maybe we just need to target the arduboy. Anyway, I'll keep it on one of my backburners.

or maybe a free OS can be installed on the other consoles? The "GCW" one for example seems to have better hardware capabilities (arduboy is a 8 bit console).

It's surprising how many times I see free projects coming from the Boston area or the PNW (Portland, Seattle). There's a lot going on there!

Thank you for sharing. Is Arduboy the only console on the list with free/open hardware (arduino)?

wow the arduboy is really small, almost like the palm of my hand. I thought it was as big as the gameboy.
