Thank you for the analysis. And it really bums me out. I had an idea a while back about setting up a game repo in general, but maybe we just need to target the arduboy. Anyway, I'll keep it on one of my backburners. https://notabug.org/peers/peers-bounty-hunts/issues/13 EDIT: Portland, Oregon? How did I miss knowing arduboy comes from the PNW?!
> but maybe we just need to target the arduboy. or maybe a free OS can be installed on the other consoles? The "GCW" one for example seems to have better hardware capabilities (arduboy is a 8 bit console).
But Arduboy is the only one with open source hardware, isn't it?
> EDIT: Portland, Oregon? How did I miss knowing arduboy comes from the PNW?! It's surprising how many times I see free projects coming from the Boston area or the PNW (Portland, Seattle). There's a lot going on there!
Thank you for going to such length with your post :) I've never seen any comparison like this before.
Thank you for sharing. Is Arduboy the only console on the list with free/open hardware (arduino)?
wow the arduboy is really small, almost like the palm of my hand. I thought it was as big as the gameboy.
