Some people want to tag other people like cattle.

I tagged this ‘evil’ because the concept of tagging people is evil, not necessarily that Andrew Yang is evil. I cannot possibly know his intent on saying what he said. But marking people for whether they have gotten a disease, or been inoculated for one is evil.

You are already tagged. A lot of vaccines are compulsory already, since the 1800s at least.

Yes, but we don’t have to wear something or carry a digital marking on our phones to participate in society at this point. People like Andrew would like to change that though.

I see you, and you are right. But that’s the case only because every other vaccine is precautionary and most people do them anyway (herd immunity works). “Free choice” works only as long as most people get the shots, if enough people don’t want them then you start forcing (enough) people. Well his idea of using barcodes to tag people is dystopian for sure but if it’s just temporary until the pandemic is over I don’t see the problem.
